I gave my 2 lawn trimmers for service, 1 week later, I called back, still no mechanics to repair. This happened earlier too. I need to stop going here from next time.

I unfortunately rented a pressure cleaner from this location. I first called to make sure they had a cleaner. I was told "only a commercial cleaner 4000psi and I said perfect. When I arrived they said they made a mistake and only had a 3300 psi. No problem. After a very lengthy check out they gave me a machine with one tip (should have 5) and no chemical pick up. I am now getting treated like I'm asking to much for a properly set up machine. Next I check machine to make sure it works properly. I tell them it has the wrong high pressure line. I show them the line that should be on machine but they care and tell them gun is sticking. When one releases trigger water continues to come out of gun. By now they are very frustrated of my safety concerns and tell me if I don't like it take it up with guys inside. Wanting to get my out of town job complete I realized they have no problem renting out extremely unsafe equipment and it was take it or leave it. So I take the 2300 psi hose (25 ft) attached to 3300 psi machine and the ever so dangerous sticking gun and complete my job. I am glad I didn't rent a chainsaw..... I did again explain to their staff upon return of how dangerous their equipment is. They said "they would look into it". I can't stress enough to stay away from these people. They treat customers very badly and rent out extremely dangerous equipment. A 2300 psi line attached to 3300 psi machine is obviously very dangerous alone, much less with a faulty gun. Took a Ryobi String Trimmer here for battery warranty service. Was told to bring in my charger, battery, power head, and attachment for the battery not working. When I asked for a claim ticket, the employee was very rude and asked me why I needed one. One month later I call and was told the manager had been fired that I dealt with and that it would be at least another week for my equipment before it could be returned. The claim ticket didn't matter, the employee I picked my equipment up from never even looked at it, or at any I.D. just took my word that I was who I said I was. The equipment was dirty and damaged when it was returned. I think they must have used the trimmer around their yard because of how dirty it was and the fact that the string doesn't match the color I have at the house. They wrote "KORN" on the battery charger, and tried to pass it off as it was me that had misspelled my own name written on the charger. I had to call Ryobi customer service for them to even attempt to take off the name written on the charger, in which they used brake cleaner for the removal. All of the other Ryobi electric equipment was sitting on the floor of the store where anyone could easily have picked-up and play with. Will never use again and highly advise avoiding.
