        Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Staff is incompetent, can not handle a simple cancellation of an auto policy. They raised my rates 44% with no new tickets nor any accidents. My oldest accident was over three years ago, so my rate should have gone down! Call Esurance for better service!

        While the insurance prices are very competitive, and agents are cordial. In my case it lacks attention to details, major home characteristics in my policy are still not the ones I communicated. Suggest in a new policy, double check with the customers the characteristics before Farmers start sending fikes to be signed.
