Sherry was great. Rooms: Fit the need. Clean. Nearby activities: Everything is within walking distance Walkability: Crowded, but in the middle of all activities.

Great location and friendly staff. Came with dogs who didnt do so great in the room. They called us to let us know and were very understanding. We picked up our little guys and they enjoyed the walks around town with us. Sheri was outstanding and helpful. Made sure we just went on with our day and enjoyed ourselves and we will deal with our pets little anxious nibbles in the morning. Sheri makes the place an even better place to stay with her outstanding hospitality. We will be back next year. Since this hotel is located in the historic district of Saint Augustine and is surrounded by nightlife, I mean, literally it feels like there is a few tables of people in your room at night when everything is turned off until 3 oclock in the morning. There is nothing that best Western can do about that specifically, but since most guests dont carry a White Noise device with them, it would be great if there were white noise devices in the room. We did end up getting an app on our phone to provide some peaceful noise to help drown out the voices and music of the bars behind us. Rooms: The rooms are well appointed with furniture and accommodations like an iron and an ironing board and very and decorated in a modern style. it felt very fresh as soon as we opened the door Nearby activities: There are historic sites, restaurants, bars, museums, and many other activities that surround this hotel Walkability: This hotel is very walkable to the Baywalk, to the fort, to St. George Street and the historic district of Saint Augustine. the hotel is literally around the corner from everything Noteworthy details: This hotel is located in the historic district of Saint Augustine and surrounded by restaurants and bars, and can be noisy at night late at night
