        I come to Jacksonville / St. Augustine on business every couple of months. However, I think I may have found my new place to stay moving forward. Brandon (Front Desk) was very welcoming and accommodating throughout my stay. Robyn (Bar) was so amazing and hospitable. Anna and Jamie (Restaurant) were so amazing plus wonderful company during breakfast. The property itself was dated but, I can appreciate warm hospitality any day of the week! See you all again soon.

        This hotel is very nice but the staff needs customer service skills, they charged me twice for my stay and management wont return or answer my phone calls. This is unusual for a Marriott Hotel! Melissa at the hotel is extremely rude and unhelpful! Rooms: The rooms are very nice and clean!! Food & drinks: The bar in the lobby is very nice
