        This is a condo resort - we stayed in room 310 - its location on the resort is close to the elevator, pool, beach access. It was as it is in the picture on their website. Furnished nicely and furniture is comfortable, kitchen equipped with the basics to cook and serve a meal for 4. TVs are not smart so no streaming to the tv from your phone. WiFi was great all the way out to the beach. Staff is. Er friendly and accommodating. We have stayed at Beachers many times. Its always well kept and clean. We always leave wanting to go back. Walkability: This resort is only walkable to the beach Food & drinks: There is a pizza restaurant and an ice cream shop across the street the street

        This is our 2nd time at Beacher's Lodge & both times we totally appreciated the Location, Friendly & Great Service, Clean rooms & easy access to the Beach. Love that each room has balcony access with slider door, to see & listen to the Ocean!!! The separate Bedroom is wonderful when you compare to other places that are 1 room efficiency. There is a heated pool but didn't have opportunity to take advantage of it. We will continue to go here everytime we visit Florida. Nearby activities: St. Augustine is a Great opportunity with so much to see.

        We love coming to Beachers Lodge. The location is perfect. The service was wonderful and we will definitely return. Nearby activities: St. Augustine is only 10 minutes away. We love taking a day to explore this amazing city.

        Gross rooms. Sink clogged, yet not permanently resolved when reported. Grunge everywhere. Concave mattresses, long overdue for replacement. Parking spaces were very limited. Certainly won't be ever returning.

      Thankyou Terry, we are so happy to hear that you have enjoyed your stay. The owner of 310 was just asking what kind of smart tv they should get, so improvements will be coming! There are many condos here that already have the smart TV's and even some that have upgraded cable channels, we have a list at the front desk of which ones have this and we are including this information in the room descriptions as well. We are so grateful that you spend your quality time with us here at Beacher's Lodge!
