        I wasn't happy staying here because it wasn't clean and the bathroom was clean .Roaches were smashed on the floor. We needed more linen for the bathroom. The bathroom is too small. Rooms: The room I stayed in with my niece and her child the floor was filthy it needed mopping the bed linen looked stained on the cover and the refrigerator was leaking our food wasn't cold. The air conditioner didn't keep the room cool inside. Safety: The door locks so that was a plus for safety with kids and family members.

        The rooms were clean and comfortable. The phone did not work in one room, and the air conditioner thermostat did not properly operate. By turning the thermostat way down, we were able to get the AC to work though, so the stay was still good. I would recommend this hotel. Having a Denny's on property was convenient. Would have liked to have free coffee in lobby though. Rooms: The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We selected for location and value and did not expect luxurious rooms. Nearby activities: Historic sites are all around and great restaurants are very close. Walkability: This hotel is very close to historic downtown St Augustine. It is walkable if you are healthy and in good shape. The public parking at the fort was convenient and allowed easy walking for older folks.

        Very cozy hotel, cheap and well located. It has a denny's inside. The construction is old, if you are looking for luxury, this is not the place, but the rooms are clean, you can bring your pet and the pool is for disabled people. I loved the place Nearby activities: It is close to the Old Jail which makes it easier to purchase tickets

        The hotel is in a very good location, the service was very good, the receptionists and waitresses were super friendly. I would like you to have lighter colors and more lighting, more modern lamps and TV, otherwise it is fine.
