Do not buy from the manufacturer. Tray is a typical salesperson. There for you until he gets his money. We are waiting on breakdown of money given and told, there is no breakdown. Thieves!!! No one will assist with warranty information. Poor quality, trim out crew did awful job. Made huge mess, broke things, and no accountability by anyone in this company. Save your money and aggravation and buy somewhere else. Unless you want to be treated like you are useless then this is the place for you!!

We chose the Elliston model and love it. It turned out even better than we couldve dreamed. Tray at Florida Modular Homes took care of everything needed to final CO.. We asked for a higher elevation, which meant extra fill dirt and higher stem walls.. No problem. we also made a few minor additions and changes to the interior lay out all done perfectly without any pain. Tray took care of all we asked for. They are great team at Florida Modular. Tray, Walt and Stephanie will take care of your project. Dont hesitate to buy a home from Florida Modular. Great quality and good service

Unprofessional!! We had an appointment to start with. I was shown the front one, and she said it was best for our needs. She then told us to look at the rest, while she went inside to the office. She said she had more floor plans to show us. Once we were inside, she was pushing the first one she showed us and showed no other floor plans. I didn't go in blind. I did some research and while she told us several times it had over $80,000 in extras, we could lower the price some. She then quotes me on the high side without dropping the extra, and this is what gets me. "I hate to be a dream killer", but there is no need for you to fill out paperwork. Then, "if you are just looking for shelter" you should go to the trailer place.

BUYER BEWARE!!! They are a Zero star but that is not an option. Please before you sign any contracts with this company, check out the Better Business Bureau - they are an F rating. I wish I had done my research. Once they have your money - they just don't care. Customer Service is the most terrible I have ever experienced. Signed a contract last March and still am not in my house. The company they use for Modular Franklin Homes is also rated an F. We have damaged items in our home, exposed wires under the baseboard, cracked tile and cracked cabinets. I'm just sick about the money I have spent and what I have received. Nothing I can do but warn others to run as fast as can away from Florida Modular and Franklin homes.
