Winn-Dixie Pharmacy

I have been going to win Dixie pharmacy since 2007.never had a problem with anyone. Loved Jack never had a problem the miss Susan.if she thought you was an addict.she would turn her nose up. Bit hey she had every right to her opinion. But the lady they have in there now working as the pharmacist she is nasty she is rude. There was no need for her to be nasty. Anyway I'm sure when customer is not going to break there bank they will never ever get my service again.

This Winn Dixie pharmacy is not like others I have used. They don't keep common medicines in stock, and the regular lady pharmacist is rude, insensitive, and uncaring. She refused to answer questions. I have been in three times to pick up a prescription called in by the veterinarian more than a week ago, for a very common drug, and keep being told to come back, that they will have the medication the next day. I have to come back now a fourth time as I have been told by the store manager they will have it tomorrow. No guarantee they will have it tomorrow or have it for future refills. No guarantee the store manager says it will come in tomorrow though they have called the supplier. This is a very poorly run pharmacy, not like the one on Baymeadows near 295 in Jacksonville, or the nearby Publix pharmacy near here in Saint Augustine, or the Mayo Clinic pharmacy, all of which have caring sensitive staff and keep the promises made to their customers. Never had to make more than one repeat trip back to these, definitely not four. And will the fourth see the script finally completed?

The staff pharmacist, Lisa (coconut bowl haircut), is the most unpleasant, apathetic and judgmental pharmacist I have ever met/ had to deal with. She is egregiously biased when it comes to mental health, addiction and any prescription/medication that is considered a narcotic and the people who need to take them. The way she speaks to people is patronizing and condescending, and I sincerely recommend not going to this pharmacy if you want to be treated without judgment/bias.
