        Terrible experience do not order anything through Amazon here. The way they treat you is as if they are doing you a favor. We are the customers businesses need to realize that. Please do not go there for your own self worth and dignity. I would give them a negative review if I could! Then the response from the business blaming the customer Amazon customer service said that if you have the account and it matches the shipping ID it should have worked. Amazon said that it must have been negligence by the user that does not know how to use Amazon HUB. Shame on Amazon for letting any store become a drop box. I will start shopping at big box stores and cut my amazon orders from now on. I might even cancel my Amazon Prime membership. Wow store way to blame the customer much appreciated. I know where not to bring my business to.

      As per Amazon rules we (amazon hub counter service provider) have to see customer I'd and need to match the numerical PASSWORDS that customer gets through email from Amazon ,but in your case the password didn't match. Although if I give you that parcel then what's gonna happen is amazon will come and looking for parcel to pick it up back . now you tell me what we should do? And you didn't even have physical I'd with you .without considering ur fault you blaming us ? How much worth it is? Wht kind of dignity?
