Crystal - one of your delivery driver really went above and beyond making sure my in-laws received their edible arrangements. She keeped me informed the whole time. Excellent!!! commenication skills & customer service . Shes a keeper:)

Late in posting this Valentines Day delivery. There was a slight issue with the order but 1 call to Alicia & she fixed it & showed the care & concern that is lacking in so many other businesses these days. I believe she even had the driver extend his hours to get our corrected order to us on Vilano (out of the way) that night (on one the busiest holidays of the year). I would highly recommend this location over other locations especially for the customer service.

I've eaten edible arrangements for years. But just the other day and amazing woman named Kristal. Whom ive never met. Made it seem as if we were friends for many years. She went above and beyond to help me brighten up someone else's life. Another person. She knew not a thing about. But none of that stopped her from knocking it out of the park.. she made the most incredible edible artwork to date.. even went as far as to throw in flowers. And even stayed late. Actually reopened so I could have flowers and strawberries picked up... I've not met her yet. But Kristal.. I'm coming to introduce myself soon.I'comintroducee myself
