Becky explained the different options available while also listening to my feelings. She is prompt and courteous, makes you feel very comfortable in the decision making process. Its been almost a year since St. Johns Family and Funeral Home handled the very unexpected and traumatizing death of my brother. I just couldnt write a review until now. I can not express how wonderful KRIS ERIN KRATZER JOHNSON was handling and navigating what was so difficult for a family that lived out of State. I am so happy with the professionalism, compassion, empathy and care that was shown to our family. Its something that cant be taught. I will always remember and be very grateful for the respect and care shown to my brother and our family. KRIS, from the bottom of my heart thank you so very much. I will never forget what youve done.

Preparing for a loved one's final remembrance is never easy. For whatever reason, I was having challenges with obtaining a funeral home and made several telephone calls on multiple occasions. I eventually decided to stop chasing down those other homes and called St John's. I was transferred to George who immediately answered my questions with compassion and understanding. I knew then that God had led me to St John's. George handled everything with beauty and dignity, even allowing my family time to compose ourselves when the moments got tough.
