Burger King

Store was very clean. Employee's were very friendly. My order was correct and hot. The employees provided me with Perfect Customer Service. I will definitely be going back.

They were fast had A-line full of people and it went by so fast and their food was good and they actually had what we wanted to order.

Went through the drive through and was chastised for advising that I was placing an order through the app to pick up at the drive through (so that I could use the offers available). I was spoken to like I was an idiot even though I was nothing but pleasant and kind. I left as it made me very uncomfortable to be treated in such a way without provocation. I then called and the same girl who took my order picked up (her name was Beverly). She refused to give me her managers information and insisted that she was the general manager for the branch (which would be very surprising as I find it hard to believe that someone with such poor customer service would have bee. Promoted to any position). Im very disappointed in this experience, where Beverly lashed out at me and treated me so poorly for no reason other than obviously hating her job and not wanting to be there.
