THANK YOU Denture Design While on a brief vacation in St. Augustine I was in desperate need of immediate denture repair. I had seen the sign at the Denture Design location and figured I should try to have them fixed ( missing tooth ). I was greeted by the most gracious receptionist MAXINE, to my pleasant surprise she informed me that they would have them repaired within 2 hours. 1 1/12 hrs. later I was called to pick up the repaired denture. I am EXTREMELY GRATEFUL for the quick service as well as the reasonable cost for the repair.

From the start of my first visit to my final visit was nothing less that outstanding! Greeted with a smile at every visit by Maxine Dr Forbes took the time to explain every step to me. Appointments were timely All this plus a great fitting denture!

Like father, like son, with Peter now in the wings? Congratulations on new baby son! My 2nd set of full dentures are perfect and after just a second adjustment yesterday, last night passed the heavy chew test on a full meal without the slightest discomfort then, nor even today when I put them back in. My minor lower gum inflammation that I came in with has even vanished overnight. Thank you so much to the entire Denture Design crew for such great service and super friendly atmosphere.

I have an upper partial denture, made when I lived in Virginia, two years before moving here to Florida. I accidentally dropped it hard onto a tiled floor. One of the teeth broke off the partial. I found Dential designs on-line. The service was absolutely exceptional. Maxine, the receptionist was incredible. Very personable. While waiting for the patient before me to be finished, Maxine and I talked about New Orleans and Louisianna in general. I was planning a first-time trip there. She gave me some good pointers about places to see, places to eat there, etc.. She had once lived there. Dr. Forbes was above and beyond the best I've ever seen in Dentists. Incredibly professional service. A credit to his profession. For my broken off partial tooth - He sent out for the specific partial tooth replacement. A one day process. The next day when it arrived he attached it to the partial and didn't just have me try it out with an assembly-line-like one and done. He took time and effort and carefully adjusted the exact placment and alignment of the tooth to the surrounding teeth and gums. He made three minor adjustments for a perfect fit. All this He did on-site. He has a dental lab right there on-site. No having to wait days by sending it out to an off-site lab. I've never had a dentist that was able to do adjustments, changes, right then and there. The advantage to myself of Denture Designs having of an on-site lab shaved days, possibly weeks, from having the tooth "precisely", flawlessly fit comfortably.
