        It was truly a great customer service experience. We needed to get our son's passport, and their service was exceptional. Ericka helped us through the entire process for my son's passport renewal, and she was ACTUALLY nice about it... I have had bad experiences with government facilities, clerks, and so on, they all need to be trained by the st Johns Clerk. It doesn't cost a penny to provide a friendly/good customer service, after all, they are committed to work for the people! Keep up the good work!

        Very friendly staff. Sheriff deputies were very polite & Professional. The County Recorder was amazing and handled everything quickly with a fun personality! So Happy she was the one to marry us. Recommend to anyone who needs their Services. 10/10

        Horrible wish they were fired.What a group of idiots can't change an address over the phone. Tell the Judge new address while in custody still no change. Forrest Gump have a field day with you all.
