Relatively quick, had the iced Venti Berry Hibiscus tea. Yummy!! I prefer unsweetened. And you can't go wrong with a muffin, they are all good! For the tea, the regular is quite sweet, maybe go 1/2 on the syrup, all in how sweet you like it. This Starbucks has an off vibe. Not that " this is my starbuck.'s vibe it used to have" But had been a while since I'd been in. They are nice enough, not really engaging, though. A few weeks back, when I wrote this, I had spent a good amount of time meeting with clients 3 different times over 3 a week period. Never really felt that welcoming feeling, not like it used to be. But the tea was really good. I've since been going to DOS Coffee & Wine, great welcoming vibe, they even remembered my name the 2nd time I went in. I know.... it's the little things

This in the only Starbucks in this area that I've given multiple chances after sitting in their drive through and not moving up a single space in 10 minutes. Three times I ordered to just pick up inside and never had anyone greet me or even make eye contact. I know that everything business has their bad days, which is why I've given multiple chances by trying to order at that location over and over, and it's never been a positive experience. Another side note, if you get in the drive through and it stops moving forward, you can't even jump out of line because the setup of the drive through keeps you blocked in unless you want to drive over a concrete barrier. So not only did I sit in the drive through for just over 20 minutes today, I left with no coffee and no time to get any elsewhere because I couldn't even get out of line.
