Cable channels go out often. Just happened again, 7/27/23, and ongoing. Called them. Put on hold for several minutes, then you talk to someone obviously working from home. Got the same exact excuse as previous call: satellite problem, waiting for a part to arrive, our engineers are working on it, blah blah... a canned excuse. Don't waste your money, go to streaming. There is a reason my home owners association dropped them like a hot potato as a provider for the neighborhood. Unreliable. It's pretty pathetic when the woman on the phone tells you to go to their website, fill out a bunch of information, then you can stream some channels after waiting 24 hours! They only have one primary product and they can't get it right.

Internet goes down regularly and stays down for days. Customer service is horrible, but luckily they rarely answer the phone so you will not need to deal with that much. Worst service I have ever had. If you need to do work from home, it will be highly unreliable and I recommend another service, but the wavefly customer service rep, when you can get them, will recommend you go to Starbucks for internet if you need to complete your work.

horrible. cant wait for the hoa contract to end. internet is sporadic. tv is not much better. we have no guide now...so no channels no dvr nothing for 4 days. part ordered supposedly. customer service sucks.

They have left cables and flags in front of my house for at least three weeks and I keep calling to remind them! We do not even have their service but a neighbor two house down. They keep telling they are sending a tech but nothing happens. Horrible customer service.
