        It's tricky to separate the bank itself, from the company. In this case, why bother? I found the staff at the bank rude, and never really helpful. But think about the company, and you can start to understand why the staff are as miserable as they are. You're better off sticking your money under your mattress. At least that way, you won't get endless fees.

        I always have a good experience here. I talked with an associate and got a referral to another division of BOA. I won't name her in case that's not a good idea, but I really like this associate.
