Im not sure if all the Direct Auto Insurance offices are like this one. I hope not, because this one sucks. I recently got married and had my name changed therefore, I had to update all of my accounts. Now, the last time I had to change my name, this was an easy process. You just called them up tell them the new last name and they fix it for you in the account. Nope this time I guess they want to be a little dictatorships. I am forced to go down to the office and present a marriage license. Because I guess Im a liar, even though you trust me to ensure my car. So I take time out of my day drive 30 minutes down to the office using gas that is outrageously expensive right now to get there. I go in, theres three employees sitting around desks. One is helping a customer. The other two are clearly doing something so important they couldnt put it to the side to help me. So I sit down. Wait patiently for about 10 minutes. Finally one of the employees not doing anything says youre here to pay a bill right? I said no I need to change my last name. She says youll have to wait for the woman who is actually working to be done. So I wait for another few minutes. Then I realized that shes not even close to being done and all I need to do is change my last name because clearly, Im not responsible enough to do that myself on my own account. So I get up and leave! I will not be going back to the office to change my name now it can just stay the way it was. Final thing I will add youre a car insurance company not a bank, not Social Security, car insurance. This whole process is Ridiculous!

Brittany was great. We were able to get me insured and back on the road and also saved me some money on insurance. Best experience ever. Definitely recommend

My experience with Brittany Marz at the St. Augustine location was great . She was very knowledgeable and make sure I understood everything that she was presenting in front of me. 5 stars goes out to Brittany. Thanks for all your help!
