    The lady I spoke to at this location this morning was very rude. I've always returned packages to Amazon using a QR code and have never had to purchase a box or bring one she made me buy one to return my item even tho the Amazon website said if you're using a label free QR code you do not need a box. The QR instructions only said to make sure that the package was back in its box and sealed so it could be returned. I did that it was in its original box unopened (not the Amazon box). She told me "I don't know how much clearer you want Amazon to be" first of all Amazon was and always has been clear you do not need a box to return your item. So I called Amazon customer service and I asked them if their policies have changed, the customer service agent told me they had never changed and that you do not need to package your item before sending it through UPS with a QR code so they issued me a Amazon gift certificate in the UPS stores behalf and told me that the lady probably just wanted to sell me a box. Just beware because they lie to you.

    While this is usually a very busy location, in my experience they do a good job getting people through and taken care of. All the staff is friendly and polite. A shout out to Sam the Man! He saved the day by helping me package an item with awkward dimensions that I couldn’t find good box for. He masterfully fabricated his own solution for my item and I was able to make the shipment to my online buyer on time before the shipment truck came to pick it up. Thank so much, Sam!
