I have great experience in buying and selling homes, but this time I needed a rental in the area of Clearwater, FL. We purchased our home with Blake Real estate. The agent we had was amazing! She was always available to answer any questions we had. We were in a unique price range of what we could afford since we were on a single income, but our agent always sent us plenty of listings as soon as they came up and we were often the first people to see the property. Our agent always had our best interest in mind. We also used movement mortgage who was recommended to us when we asked our agent for a mortgage lender. Every step of the process was explained to us and no question was ever to simple for them to take the time to explain to us. We successfully found a home in the Safety Harbor school zone area for a price lower than our initial budget. Very thankful we chose Blake Realty and Movement Mortgage for our home purchase
