So glad I came across this local manufacturer and distributor. Shannon took my order over the phone and she was extremely helpful. I wanted quality Bahama Shutters for my home. The windows are large so they had to be custom made. Shannon answered all my questions, and the price was great, compared to other quotes I received from competitors. The shutters are a good product. However, if you are a homeowner, you need to know what I did not know before spending thousands of dollars with this company. 1. They will not deliver your shutters (even if you offer to pay for it). I had to rent a Uhaul and go get them. 2. This company does not install the shutters (I did know this up front, but didn't fully understand the challenge because of #3). 3. You will only get verbal instructions, so if the individuals that you are hiring to install them don't go with you to pick them up, you have nothing to provide the installers. 4. I purchased 16 shutters. It took 2 men 2 days to install (you need 2 people). 5. All of my shutters were installed wrong so I had to pay labor for a 3rd day to have them redone. The company's response was that they have never needed to provide instructions and "no one has ever had a problem installing them." This company does not care about the customer's experience. Their attitude is that all they do is manufacture shutters. That would be OK if all the information was given up front.

As a contractor I have struggled to find manufacturers who will produce a high quality product. Master Aluminum creates beautiful and functional shutters that my clients rave about. The devil is in the details they say....Well the attention to detail is always above my expectations. Many times I have had a unique design called for that is not standard and Mario always seems to find a way to create what others say is impossible. Shannon is the heart of the operation and is always available to help. Freddy and Alejandro are my go to guys in the shop and are always willing to go the extra mile...
