Drop 'N' Go Laundry Xpress

When I first started coming here it was clean and the machines were in good working order. Was here recently and while still clean, the flooring is lifting and most of the washers weren't working. Will still continue to come here because this is the best pick of those in reasonable distance from my home

Both the owner, JD, & Grisnelle are very kind, helpful, & honorable people. I made a mistake & not only was Grisnelle very respectful & understanding towards me, but she got on the phone with JD & he gave her permission to take care of my issue immediately. The place was very clean the 3 times I have been inside. They recently purchased this location, so hopefully they will take care of the machines that are out of order.

The Drop 'N Go Laundry Xpress used to be my Go-To laundromat. There was an older woman who came in at dawn every morning and cleaned and swept. The machines were always in good working order. She was always taking in laundry and doing it for those customers. That woman was let go and everything has changed. The last few times I came in the place was filthy; machines were out of service but not marked as such. There is never anyone in the facility - I was approached by two people one morning asking if I could do their laundry because they thought I worked there. I put money in one of the larger machines and clothes and soap and it wouldn't turn on. I reached out to the 3 phone numbers - tried calling - just rang and rang - no voicemail - tried texting the other number - no response. Never got my money back. That was the last time I used the laundromat. I highly recommend passing this facility by.

I came in here tonight and thought "Wow this is the cleanest Laundromat I've ever walked into", the bathroom was spotless the floors were immaculate...I go to use one of the bigger commercial machines and it wasn't working... So I called the number on the door and got JD on the phone... He was able to troubleshoot the machine and get it work remotely!! What an awesome gesture as I was about to lose my mind lol... I will be back when I get back from NJ for sure... Thank you for a great first experience here!

This place has gone downhill. Many times this place has been a mess. Over the weekend I did 7 loads of laundry here. One washer ruined 7 towels with some sort of grease stains. I washed them twice and still full of stains. The smoke detector has been beeping for 7 weeks now. No one ever there to assist.
