called Bay area fencing for a quote to replace a old fence on the side of my house...took a while for an estimator to come out and never received a quote...Called to get my estimate and a gentlemen would relay the message to Bob..Never herd back, called again and she gave me Bobs cell number (as a consumer, why do I have to chase someone down to do business with them) Texted Bob and still never a call....no more chasing, that being said, I had 2 fences installed by them, that's why I called them again. Had a fence installed at my house in the back and had a complete new fence at our investment home...Must be nice to be sooo busy....

I was able to purchase 4 feet of scrap fencing from Bay Area Fence Factory to repair my broken fence. This was significantly cheaper than having to buy 50 feet elsewhere. Associates were kind, helpful, and fast. I will absolutely be using them for any future fence-related business.

This company is nothing short of amazing. From the owners to the workers, everyone is knowledgeable, polite, and make sure you are taken care of. They did my fence at both my houses and am always on the lookout when I see fences to see who it was done by.
