        Something doesn't feel right about the overwhelming praise for this business. I went there expecting to have my expectations far exceeded. They are within walking distance and I was so intrigued by their ratings that I agreed to pay $128 for them to diagnose my AC issue (plenty of shops offer the service for free). I'm a snowbird and figured it would be a good investment to align myself with such a praiseworthy business. I was blown away. And not in a good way, their estimate to repair what they say I need seemed high. Turns out it is. Through the roof high. Hundreds of dollars more than other service providers.
