    DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! First of all, they tried to increase our rent by $60+ per month after us only being there for 2 months, despite specifically being told they wouldnt increase the price until after 6 months. We called and complained, were told it was being fixed, then we were charged the increased amount. And now to the DISGUSTING part. Last weekend we went to our unit to put some stuff in it and there was a horrible smell. As I was rearranging stuff in the unit, I saw a dead rodent being eaten by maggots on the ground. When I took a better look, there was rodent feces and urine everywhere. Then we noticed there was water damage and parts of the roof were falling down. Based on the smell when we walked into the unit, there are likely other dead rodents inside. When we notified the front office, we were told THEY KNEW THEY WERE HAVING RODENT & WATER ISSUES IN OUR BUILDING WHEN WE MOVED IN. An employee came to the unit and took pictures with her approx 4 year old child who was sitting ON our coffee table with the rodent feces on it. She provided us with insurance information and told us she would send us the pictures she took. She spoke to the district manager who told us he would only refund us if we left within FIVE days, which would be virtually impossible to do because (a) we both work and (b) it has taken us 2-3 months to get all of our stuff in there with just two of us. They were trying to find us another unit at a nearby storage facility to move our stuff into. They said they would get back to us. Its been four days and we havent heard a word. We havent received the pictures of the rodent activity and water damage to the storage unit or any update if they were able to find us a nearby facility. 99% of our entire lives, from furniture to family photos, is in this facility. And the fact that the manager allowed us to move into a unit with the knowledge that there are rodent issues and water intrusion is beyond deplorable. Please take your money and your belongings somewhere else.

    The gate that is supposed to limit and controll access is up 24/7 so anyone can drive through at anytime. Noone is ever in the office so it's impossible to try to set up a rental. Gave myself a tour due to the gate issue and it's terrible.
