Natalie is extremely professional, so knowledgeable with the entire process. An expert in her field for sure, numbers, interest rates, programs out there, everything we needed to make this experience easy and as stress free as possible for us. We just want to say Thank you so much, Natalie, for everything! You were amazing to work with. Her communication is TOP TIER. I don't think a week went by without us hearing from her, or her following up with an email. She held our hand every step of the way. When times got a little stressful, she was very encouraging and attentive. Natalie Thank you so much for working with us and educating us as first-time home buyers. I give her a 100 out of 100 for anyone trying to purchase a home and needs a good lender. She is one of the best I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I can guarantee that youll never find someone better than Natalie!! She was amazing. Without her I dont think I wouldve been able to do this whole building/loan process. Im glad our paths crossed. Always made sure to explain things in a way that was digestible especially for us. She made sure too always keep us updated and made sure we had everything we needed for any circumstance that mightve/couldve happened. With her we definitely felt prepared and confident. This will not be that last time Natalie Zinno hears from us. She is truly the best.
