        Just applied for a checking account for the 3% APY. I opted out of overdraft in the application, so no credit being extended in any way shape or form that Im aware of. They did a hard pull. Why?!?! Im leaving cash with you not borrowing it LMCU. Check my checking history through a Chex report like every other sensible institution. Ive opened plenty of checking accounts and never experienced a hard pull. This was completely unnecessary and makes the bank look incompetent. I mean why would you kick a brand new customer in the shin the first time you meet them? Steer clear of this institution.
