    First and foremost a shoutout to the evening clerk/manager Monica. She was a beacon of personality and kindness, and made my wife and I feel immediately like welcomed guests. Whatever Hampton Inn is paying this young lady, it's not enough. Businesses live and die by the people that are their first line of contact with the customer. Any company would be blessed to have this fantastic person as the face of their business.

    Great place, clean, breakfast pretty standard for a Hilton (you need to heat up most of the hot food), wish it had more fresh fruit but you can eat healthy if youre careful. Gym is the highlight, pretty spacious, has free weights up to 75lb and medicine balls, TRX, and pull up bars, cable machine. Location right next to 75 so you can catch some traffic noise at night. A/C worked well, room service every other day, shower/bathroom was a little dated. Will stay here again

    Disappointed because we paid so much for a basic room/hotel that lacked quality control. For almost $300 per night, we: - walked into a hot room that had a bad odor - no bags in trash cans - pink mold in the shower - pubic hairs on the bathroom floor - shower doors did not fit shower and would not stay closed (so we had to wedge a wash cloth near the bottom to keep it from opening - no fan so we were sweating at night in stale air (even with the thermostat at 68) - the door to our room was not a slow-close door and would slam if you didn't hold onto it when closing - could hear neighboring room doors slamming all night - bed was stiff - no complimentary waters in mini fridge, so I went down to the front desk and asked if they had any free waters there...the girl gave me 2 small water bottles (which I discovered at check-out were not free, even though she didn't tell me that). We did not have a good stay. I would have expected all of this coming from a Days Inn for $135/night, but not from a Hampton Inn by Hilton for almost $300/night. This stay has caused us to rethink the whole Hilton brand all together.

    I am writing this review after what I THOUGHT was amazing service from the employees. I just stayed here for one night with a friend of mine and our children (two one years and a three year old) where we originally received a friendly welcome. Though the air conditioning in our room was not adequate and caused my asthmatic son to need his inhaler in the middle of the night and a mix up with our delivery order, I was still inclined to leave housekeeping a $20 tip due to the fact that the room gets messier with three toddlers. However, due to my friend and I trying to wrangler three toddlers I forgot my wallet in our room and called the hotel once I noticed it was missing while shopping at the outlets, where they insured me that the room had not been cleaned yet and they found my wallet. When I got back to the hotel to retrieve my wallet from the person at the front desk I was so grateful that they found my wallet that I didn't even check to make sure everything was in it until I got back home to Miami three and a half hours away that night realizing that $280 in cash was missing from my wallet. I originally had $300 in cash in the zipper area of my wallet but due to leaving housekeeping the $20 tip I was left with $280 in cash in my wallet which was completely gone now! I do not know if anything that anyone who I spoke to at the hotel about my wallet was truthful or who the theif is but it is safe to say that I will never stay at this hotel again and the person who stole from me should be ashamed of themselves.
