        I called for a sympathy bouquet after having my order cancelled by another shop. The owner answered and was so kind and professional. He asked questions to get an understanding of what I wanted and what my budget was. He explained everything in detail. The flowers were delivered the same day. My mom raved about how beautiful and unique they were!
