        Service tech was on time and proficient but then we get to a minimum diagnostic charge of $400.00, no matter how long the service took. I have been in hvac business for 60 years and thr average service call is 45 minutes. I asked could he charge me for time spent, he said no. He proceeded to check the problem out. Twenty minutes later, all done. I now pay $400.!! I received no veterans or senior discount. You MUST give a choice for charges

        Mr Electric came out to my house and was absolutely wonderful. They kept me up to date on when my service professional was going to arrive when he dispatched out. Once he arrived he had on shoe covers and did a free electrical home safety check to make sure all of my smoke alarms were up to date and panel was in good condition. They gave me a fair price one the outlet I needed replaced outside. 10/10 would recommend this company.
