The service was exceptional and I would recommend aspen dental to everyone. They didnt just look at the issue at hand they made sure to tell me all that is need to be done and no hidden fees. They also made recommendations which were very helpful. I appreciate the staff from the receptionist to the technician and hygienist everyone was amazing and so pleasant. Thanks again and Ill definitely be back.

I give this place a second chance and the same situation happened again, they call me to schedule a cleaning and I decided to go again, the last time I stopped going because everytime it was more money and more money, today I when for a regular cleaning and they decided that I needed to do a deep cleaning and paying out of pocket over a thousand dollars, I told the person to do the regular cleaning and I'll come back for the deep cleaning on another day and she told me no , if you don't do the deep cleaning I'm not doing anything today, I getup and ask for a refund for the regular cleaning. The worst place to go .

Everyone was very friendly, professional and efficient. Your initial visit takes about 90 minutes and is very thorough. Unfortunately, their financing offers are deceptive and fraudulent. I was presented with a list of things that I needed done which totaled almost $20k -including braces, teeth whitening and quite a few caps! The representative said that they had contacted my dental insurance company and they would cover half. I decided to go ahead and finance the balance through Care Credit at 0% interest. Turns out that they did NOT contact my insurance company at all and my dental insurance would NOT cover most of this work. I opened a dispute with Aspen to cancel this planned work completely and was able to get the $10k back.
