Reef Tropical Pools - West Palm

Spent over 200k between pool, pavers, and outdoor kitchen. Having countless issues, to be disclosed in upcoming lawsuit, Phil is a stand up guy. He sold his company to Scott an outright thief!!! My advice to anyone considering, dont go near this company. I wouldnt touch them with a 40 foot pole. My advice to big shot, lier scott and wife Candice, watch out the Calvary is coming, you are being sued by a top notch law-firm, it will be painful, and you deserve every bit of whats to come your way! I just learned a lot reading the previous reviews. This company was really great for a couple of years. And then it wasn't. In reading the previous reviews they changed ownership 6 months ago. That makes perfect sense. I recently changed companies and hoping that my new guy is as good as PSP used to be. Bye PSP.

Better Business Bureau Rating F. Not BBB Accredited Business. Most Unprofessional Dishonest Scott. staff dragging chemicals, carts and equipment across private property. Avoid this completely unethical company at all costs. Owner RUDE from beginning to end. Disregards people, homes and communities doesn't answer phone, voicemail mailbox is full, office closed. PSP is NOT authorized to trespass, not authorized to have chemicals, equipment and people on private property. PSP operates unethically putting staff in jeopardy. Pool is green, filthy dirty with gate left fully open on every occasion. AWFUL x 10!

This place ruined our pool and blamed it on us. We gave them a clear pool to maintain and they charged our card without coming to the house. We don't live there, so had no idea. We assumed our pool was being cleaned but the reality is they are dishonest and then blamed our green pool on us ( we never received any calls saying there was a problem .. we had to discover this on our own by checking in on the property). It was impossible to reach them by phone until we called from an unknown number. They refunded one month and said good luck. Very disappointed.. check yelp and BBB
