Chris went above and beyond for my closing, and coordinated his team around my needs. He set expectations early on and was transparent on the process every step of the way. Chris and his team (loan officer Lucas and processor Ashley) got me to a successful closing in the span of 3 weeks in the middle of a busy Christmas holiday season, which is quite the feat. I would find it hard to believe that a retail bank or direct lender would accomplish what Chris and his team did for me. He also provided on demand help late into nights and early in the mornings the days prior to closing, addressed everything to completion and closed on time. This is another value that I was appreciative of, as having worked with banks in two past closings, it was tough to get a hold of anyone outside of a typical 9 to 5 schedule, much less during the holidays. Lastly, want to call out how transparent Chris was in his offerings. Chris did not hesitate to schedule Zoom meetings with his LO Lucas and myself to show me real time data of the market, the rate offerings they had for me, all in an effort to keep as much money in my pocket as possible while offering the best rate in this crazy market. Highly recommend Chris and his team to any realtor agent out there or home owner's of any level of experience, they rock. I would have most likely lost the home we closed on, if it wasn't for their efforts to get it done in the middle of multiple subsequent holidays. Highly impressed.
