        Exceptional customer service! My HOA signed a new agreement with Xfinity. Our service was on and off previously. I explained what was going on and the gentlemen helping me immediately swapped out all our equipment. He told me to bring all my old equipment back, which I did. I was in the store today and yesterday. The guy today was terrific too! These guys get you in and out of the store and the stuff works! Thank you for making our life easier!

        I switched from Metro to Xfinity Mobile and Xfinity is horrible! Everything they tell you is a lie. The phone service is horrible! I either can't make a call or have dropped call's constantly. Have gone days with no service at all. Voice mails show up 8 hours after they are left for you. They have been billing me for months on another family members phone that they are unable to activate. Customer service tells you they will fix the problems and they do absolutely nothing. I have wasted countless hours trying to fix these problems with nothing but empty promises to show for it! Don't make the same mistake I made! Stay away from Xfinity Mobile or you will be very sorry like me!
