        The last hair cut I got was extremely disappointing. I gave the stylist specific instructions and she just ignored them. In addition, she was in a bad mood and it carried over to her poor performance Service: Haircut

        Terrible experience today 1/16 at 3:07p in RPB branch with hair cutter Nelly. We pointed out an uneven length on the side compared to the other side after cutting his hair for less than 5 minutes. Instead of correcting this, should have been a slight cut to even the sides, because she didnt like to correct her mistake, she just started cutting so much on one side that my sons hair was now cut way tooooo short on one side. Hair is all over his body and shirt as well, nonsense use of hair cutter cape. Now, everyone will know how bad GreatClips does haircut because of Nelly cause everybodys gonna be asking who ruined his hair! Service: Haircut
