This place sage dental, I found you to late I like the doctor I definitely Will refer my friend or anybody who want a nice clean and gentil to this place

This facility does a poor job with Crowns. 2 /1/22 first crown was placed 9/3/22 the crown was reset. After coming out again I told the dentist the base of the futment was not snug . There was a loose space. . Again it was just glued back in. I was sold a mouth guard to prevent my grinding. I was told that was my problem. on the 9/1/23 said crown was loose again. I was seen the crown glued back in after telling them the base fitment is not solid maybe that's why it keeps coming out. And now after sneezing 2/2/24 said crown flew out of my mouth. Unable to find . This facility fails to take responsibility for crown and tries to bill insurance after faulty crown placement. I was told another treatment would be to take teeth out completely and get an implant. I refused. A temp was placed in mouth that was so thin it broke 30 min later. Patient Called to explain what happened and was told someone would call back and this never happened. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Again another temp crown placed in mouth. 2/12/24 and again it broke out. Also . Look forward to spending at least 4 hours in office if you have a real procedure. Then to top it off project was an epic fail. I was given a permanent bonding on 2/14/24 this lasted until 3/20/24 I was told I need to wait to see doctor again 4/2/24 For a cap placement. I tried getting the bond glued until then continued denial of office visit or treatment. Plans to go in on 3/26/ to plea for some help. Outrageous. That's not what's done after spending good money to get dental treatment. Recommendation find another dentist. They are not worth your money. Finally seen again on 4/2/24 3pm. I was to see another dentist. For another opinion. I was seen by the same dentist who now said tooth lengthening is another option. That's a thought but I must pay. After being told that I would get another crown free from the corporate office. Sage dental office manager said I must pay for this same crown... If I choose to get a crown. After 2 year's of work. Again don't trust what they say it's all about money for them Glued in again came out 2 hours later.
