Agency said no refund and I understood and decided to go ahead and enjoy the booking after all. I live in the area and went by to see property the day before. The property was damaged by hurricane with tarps on the roof, downed trees, exposed water pipe in the front lawn, and a stained dirty pool. I saw unfinished drywall through front door window. I asked them for a refund and they refused. Very aggressive and rude. Accused me of trespassing and breaking into home. I saw all this damage from outside. Deceitful business. I highly suggest you find another rental.
