The staff is very lovely here and it is not a very large place, which is great because they can give more personalized care to each individual. The front door is always locked, so you don't have to worry about your loved one just walking out or any stranger just walking in, which I find comforting. If there is ever an issue, you can feel comfortable talking to anyone, and the matter will be resolved. Alicia, Michelle, Jamie, MacKenzie, Susie, Katie, and the rest of the team are tremendous!

If you find yourself in a place of needing a home for a loved one, do yourself a favor and make an appointment to see Brookdale Rotonda. The building is not new or sparkly or special but a building does not make a home, only people can do that. The staff is amazing. I think Michelle has hand picked each one to be sure the level of care is top notch. It is working! The entire staff pitches in wherever needed to be sure the residence have just what they need when they need it. In the time my Mom was there, keeping the kitchen staffed was a struggle (as it is everywhere right now). The residence still needed their meals and Michelle stepped right in to prepare them! It is quite evident that the people who work there are not looking at their position as "just a job". They treat all who come through as a friend to the point of feeling like you just stepped into a huge family home. I was very new to the assisted living process for my Mom, I had so many questions and concerns on a daily basis. I always felt welcomed into the office to talk to the staff, whether it was the director, sales manager or nurse, I was given ample time and respect from each and every one of them. We have moved on from there for now and I still hear from the staff members who just check in on my Mom from time to time. Now that is special! Heather, the Sales Manager was a great help to us going through the overwhelming process of helping us get my mom moved into Brookdale. She was patient with all of our questions and always available. Michelle the Director and Susie the Health/Wellness Director have been great to work with also. Brookdale is a beautiful and clean home for your loved ones to live, be taken care of, and still be able to be independent.
