Jeff, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We certainly want every ones visit to be great. But sometimes, we fall short of that. It sounds like the employee (not the owner or manager) failed during this customer’s visit. We have counseled that employee and I really hope this isolated incident doesn’t cause you, or anyone else reading this review, doesn’t prevent you from visiting Seacrest Sundries!Again, thank you for letting us know!

Brian, I am so sorry we did not meet your expectations. We try hard to keep our prices as low as possible, but we just don't have the buying power of a big box store. Managing pricing is one of our biggest challenges in the economic times we are in.Regarding price tags, it is a very simple problem of not enough manpower to actually put a sticker on every item as we get our deliveries in weekly. We did price our individual items many years ago, but we didn't have near the inventory we have now, and manpower was plentiful.I appreciate the time you took to visit our store and cafe, but I certainly understand if you choose to support the big box stores available to reach by car. (not on foot or bicycle as we are). I do hope you will visit us again and if you think something is overpriced, please speak with the store manager, Steven, and he can check if we can make any price adjustments for you.
