The Envision Group and their owner, Ronnie Guernsey, did such a professional job of working hand in hand with our Architects to envision, design and construct a thorough overhaul and expansion of our Watercolor home to change it from a Watercolor "Beach House" to an "estate property". While the price tag was not cheap, the resultant value created fully provided a solid return on investment. Go with the best, reduce your headaches (especially if you will be building or redoing remotely) and build with a solid, quality individual and firm.
