image Several days back my informed delivery app notified me I was receiving an important document from another state. That document did not show for several days. I then reached out to that agency in this distance state. Not only did that agency not respond back but when the mail finally arrived, it was brought over to me from a neighbor not through my mail box. (When it rains, it pours). Just yesterday even more mail was brought to my house from the same neighbor. My mailbox is clearly marked as is the mail which is brought over to me from this neighbor. When I phoned the delivering post office,It would not allow me to speak to anyone and kept putting me in a recorded message loop never allowed me to describe that I'm not receiving mail due to misdelivery. I hope this does not prove to be an ongoing problem. In the end, I'm going to be the one left answering why I did not respond to some unknown situation because I never received the notifying mail.
