Adrian and Jarrett serviced 3 of our balcony shutters this morning. They did very good work and took the time to explain to me what they were doing.

They were communicative and their install team was professional and courteous. The discussion at the beginning of the job was executed with accuracy even though it took awhile for the shutters to come in. They did not lose track of the details and made sure everything was right. Their team vacuumed up work debris from walkways and pool deck. Would recommend

Less than positive experience with All Guard. We paid 50% on 6/26 -- Contract says completion 6-8 weeks. It has been 12 weeks as of 9/18/23.
The original "measurement" was apparently not a measurement. Even though it resulted in a diagram and an estimate. There was a lack of communication with our rep, Brian. I had to call them for any kind of update.
What I thought was going to be the install turned out to be the actual measurement. When the tech was done, I noticed one set of windows was missed. I called and was told those windows were not included in measurement. I called Brian and told him.
Brian came back and looked and said they didn't read his diagram correctly.
Sara finally called to set up install. Was told they would be out to install the slider and then come back next week (Tuesday) to install the clear panels. She said the crew was going to stop for lunch and be out in 1 to 1 and a half hours.
After they were here for a few minutes, they said they ran out of materials and were going to get lunch and be back.
Installer left metal shavings on the area rug inside the slider and didn't even offer to clean up the shavings or sweep the area rug. Just said "I apologize for the metal shavings."
Tuesday came and went with no contact from All Guard. Still waiting for clear panels to be installed. Wednesday came and went; no contact, no crew. Thursday came and went; got a phone call late Thursday afternoon that the crew would be out Friday morning to install the last track and clear panels.
Crew showed up Friday and told me that they were here to install track and asked me where I wanted them to put the clear panels. (They were not going to install and wanted to know where I wanted the panels stored) I told them "I would like them installed, thats what I paid for. They dont do any good in a pile during hurricane season."
Not sure that I would use them again to finish the rest of our house. The panels are great and they look nice. But, poor communication about the delays, no offer of discount for the delays, mistakes and frustration. Overall, sadly, I am not impressed with All Guard.
