They fixed the roof but they damaged the driveway. Jacob said " I'm not responsible for the driveway... get an attorney..." and sue the dumpster company. My contract is with BLUE LINE ROOF. I solved a problem and got another one.

Great folks to deal with. Worked with insurance company to get my roof all sorted out and have the best quality job done that could be done. Crew came and stripped off old roof, repaired some damaged plywood and had the entire job done in a day, except the gutters. They came a few days later and knocked it out. Very happy with Jim and his crew making this process very easy. Thanks again!!!

I recently reached out to Jim over at Blue Line Roofing (BLR) to resolve an issue between BLR and my mom. I'm not 100% certain of the circumstances leading up to the dispute, but, from the moment I contacted Jim, he was courtesy and professional. He is easy to talk to over the phone and is very responsive via text as well.
While I didn't hire BLR to do roofing work, Jim was still very helpful and was critical to help resolve the issue. Over the course of various conversations, I was struck by his commitment to his profession and he seems reasonable, ethical, and knowledgable.

Jim was wonderful to work with! They did an awesome job and finished quicker than I anticipated. He answered all my questions and overall was just a great experience!
