Carolina has done two of my pedicures. She is awesome!! Very gentle and gives a great massage. The service doesn't feel rushed like at some other nail salons.

I went to dream nails because it is close to home and the amazing reviews. The Older lady there did a horrible job on my nails. Didnt clean the nails properly at all. I got the basic package to start to see how the service is done and if I liked it. I was going to get gel polish too. Since I saw how dirty and bad the toes were I told her to use regular polish. She painted my nails with regular polish with skin still hanging from the side of my toes because she didnt clean them properly. Well, I raised my concerns and they didnt even offer to fix it all together. All they tried to do was try to fix my cuticles over still wet polish. The lady there at the first desk said that because I got the cheapest package etc etc. So, you dont get your cuticles cut and properly clean with the basic package? Horrible service. Oh! But she took my money of course and just said sorry as I was walking out the door. Didnt even offered me a refund. I hope the $29.00 makes them richer.
