Grace was great. We are of the vintage where we have had numerous real estate transactions in multiple states. Grace was the best by far. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. And she is a thoroughly nice person. We were almost sad when our property sold as it meant we would no longer be interacting with her. We could not have been more pleased with our association.

Grace and her team are simply awesome to work with. My wife and I are moving to Florida from out of state and Grace took the time to research various neighborhoods and found us quite a few properties to choose from. She would do FaceTime walkthroughs of each property which allowed us to feel like we were actually in the home ourselves. Once we landed on our new home, Grace worked hand in hand with our lender for an absolutely seamless closing. Her attention to detail is only matched by her compassion and care for her clients and their famalies. Grace would pick up my mother so she could see the properties as well and if Grace wasn't available, one of her highly skilled associates was able to handle all of our questions and concerns. I can't say enough about Grace Vista. I met Grace in 2018 when I was looking for a house in Melbourne Florida. She found the perfect house for my wife and me. On the closing walk-through Grace found that the water heater had a tiny, almost unnoticeable, leak. She was able to get the seller to issue a credit to pay for a new water heater. Grace also helped me sell a townhome. However, after the home inspection, it was determined that there was termite damage to the home. Fortunately, Grace had a contractor there in a couple of days to mitigate and repair the damage and the sale went through. Ive also referred two friends to Grace who had successful experiences in selling and purchasing their homes. Both were very satisfied with the referral. Lastly, I owned a home in The Villages, Florida. Since I did not need the home, I asked Grace if she could recommend a realtor in The Villages. She recommended a very competent realtor, and the home was sold in a little over a month. I would not hesitate to refer Grace Vista to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Grace Vista is absolutely one of the best, most intelligent Realtors I have ever had the privilege and pleasure to work with from buying and selling a home as well. She is very knowledgeable about the changing Real Estate Market from day to day and, is very intelligent, open, honest and above all, makes sure your contracts are worded correctly just the way you need them to be, professionally prepared, and you know exactly what to expect when you have Grace working for you on either side of a Real Estate transaction. I am currently in the middle of a Real Estate Transaction right now, that just the wording alone of my contract has potentially saved me hundreds of thousands of dollars simply by her making sure my contract was written just the way I wanted and needed it done.
