Lauri is outstanding! She was very helpful throughout the entire process of buying my first home! If you are looking to buy a home and want someone with many years of local experience, trustworthy, and who is going to work hard for you, Lauri Toth is the best in town. Not only did she provide amazing round the clock support she was also and easy person to work and communicate with. When buying a home it is so important to have a realtor who you can trust and Lauri actually looks out for your best interest. She works so hard to get you want you are looking for! When it came down to it, when inspections are needed and papers needed to be signed having Lauri on your side is critical. There were points when I just turned to her and asked, what do you think and I knew she was looking out for me. I knew I could trust her opinion and that she would be turning over every stone to make sure I got the best deal. Lauri Toth is the consummate professional. We closed on a condo from over 1200 miles away without personally visiting the condo. Lauri provided multiple facetime sessions for us to view the property and give us the comfort to purchase the property. Lauri was very responsive and helpful through the remote process from beginning to end and post-closing. She worked with sellers and buyers remotely and the process was seamless. Her knowledge of the local market and area was of the utmost help in providing us with details throughout the process. She worked many hours dealing with the condo association to gather timely answers to our questions.
