When you see all the 1 stars theres a reason. The WORST staff I have ever encountered in my life. If you are referred here, request some where else. Total and complete incompetence.

Greedy is the word.if you can't see patients for 6 months at least stop taking new patients. You guys need mental therapy if you think that the way you run things is kosher lmaooo you guys are crazy...lmfaoooo after 5 months you called me for an appointment I found someone else it's mental health not a broken bone I could be dead by now just saying

The therapists here aren't really good. Now I haven't had any bad experiences with waiting but if you want good therapy, get it somewhere else. They also try to force meds on you too, even if you don't want them.

My poor DEPRESSED child and I waited for nearly 2 hours...we're never seen by therapist. Then when I called the next day I told the front desk/answering agent? And explained she was like "yesss you were seen" I said "no I wasn't ma'am" she got mouthy and said "yessss you were!" I swore at her up and down and lost my cool...cause this is insanity and straight gas lighting and neglect . Disgusting, y'all should be ashamed of yourselves .

They tell you to call them and then they don't pick up the phone like ever. I missed the call from a guy yesterday and then they ended up being closed so I had to wait for the next day and I had to call them 29 times and the 28th time I got hung up on and it's sad to show that they don't care about people's mental health like what if I was suicidal what if that was my last straw LMAO
