Don't come here, do yourself a favor and find another office. The reception staff is a revolving door and improperly trained. They will literally forget about your appointment and close early for the day with no notification. It takes weeks or even months to even receive the results of your diagnostics. The doctor will not follow up with you. Honestly you're better off going to a Pharmacy for your health needs.

I get great treatment when I am seen. Make an appointment! They will close the office early if they don't have patients. I would not recommend walk-ins. I wish I could get more timely call backs. When calling expect to leave a message. Rarely get a person to answer. I like all the providers but it is frustrating when you get get an answer by phone.

Llegamos a las 11:30am y tenamos la cita a las 12m y a las 12:45pm, Tuvimos esperndo mas de 2hrs para que atendieran a mi beb de 3 aos y a mi pap y despus de la larga espera pregunte que estaba pasando ya que mi bebe estaba fastidiado y tena hambre y la respuesta del Dr. Arias y la secretaria fue que tena que seguir esperando porque tena otro paciente ms que atender y que en 10 a 20 minutos ms me atenderan . Me parece que fue una falta de respeto ante nosotros y una discriminacin por no saber el idioma ya que se rean de nosotros. De verdad que no recomiendo este consultorio ya que no tienen tica profesional. Si pudiera quitarte esa estrellita mnima que te otorga el sistema te la quitara

I started out with Dr. Arias in 2014! This clinic uses to be so caring and understanding and very family oriented ! Now I can barely get a called back , yesterday I was placed on hold for hours, and never returned back to the call! One of their MAs even got very rude with me for asking about a prior authorization, which theyre not trying to help me resolve! This clinic has gone down here since I first started coming here and I do not recommend! Its honestly not a passion anymore to help people! Especially when I have reached out to get one prescription filled and they basically blew it off like they dont care! If you want a great caring facility this is not it! Thank god I hall now have health insurance through my job I will surely be looking elsewhere!! I would give zero stars if I could! Its not the dr but the MAs need to get better!
