I really enjoyed my time at Health First Business Center. As with any large company, problems will arise, but management was quick to provide great solutions for their staff and the patients Health First served. They were amazing at offering opportunities for growth and not only provided great tools to their staff to better themselves to provide the best service for the Brevard county community, but encouraged it! I was sad to move away, but I am still impressed by the service they provide to not only their patients, but their employees as well.

I always wanted to work at health first. I always put my customers/ patients first. As a former employee who was a patient scheduler i really felt like i could make a difference over the phone. I went above and beyond even if i was told it was a waste of time. The reason i give only 2 stars is because management that i saw directly didn't care about us or how we treated the patients. All they wanted was for us to make our calls shorter and hurry up and get the que times down. I was originally hired and made to believe my boss was my friend and wanted to help the patients as much as i did. Instead we got an addition to our management and it felt like everything went down hill from there. I put my two weeks in for a better position with Advent health (who actually care) to only be told i am not going to serve my last two weeks and i had to leave immediately. No and's if's or but's. I tried to ask my boss why and the response i got was " there is no point....". This made no sense as we had even fewer people to answer the phones and call numbers were on the rise. Obviously they didn't care about keeping me after a whole year to be able to help out for another 2 weeks. I even joked with my boss about how i am starting a better life for my family and moving and getting this new job. He joked back that they had a replacement for me already and there was nothing to worry about. It has been around 5 - 6 months since this happened and i am definitely still disappointed.
