Places absolutely gorgeous. They keep it nice and clean I don't understand other people saying it has to be renovated the hotel is only 10 11 years old brand new built from the ground up

Hotel is under renovation/construction. They should tell you. We were told the kids club was open but it was closed and we centered our trip around that for our wedding anniversary. When they did open for us they charged $30/kid/hour! We have three kids The room had TVs that didnt work and plumbing fixtures missing. They didnt accommodate early check in or late checkout. The bellman and concierge service made up for other shortcomings. Rooms: The condo suites are large and have great views on upper floors.

Valet was great and quick, rooms were nice with a view, pools were decent. Beach front definitely gives it, its stars. Beware if your book with American Express they consider it TripAdvisor and you will not get a late check out and treated like 3rd class. And have to call TripAdvisor for any room changes when thats not even who we booked through restaurant service sucked and youre eating in the lobby while everyone is loud walking by. No one told us nor was it posed on website that hotel was under renovation (10 workers drilling) right in front of the breakfast seating!! And window. Horrible. Would not be back to this hotel ever again. All service sucked at bars and the one restaurant, its like that had to work there. Garage around pool area like no one cleans up. Wanna be Marriot. We booked this hotel because the other Marriot down the street at least let us know they were under renovations lol only good thing was room and valet and short walk to beach.
